1General Terms

• A strong password — at least 8 characters, including numbers and special symbols.
• A scan of your National ID or passport must be uploaded for KYC verification.
• Registering with false information may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all deposited funds.

Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Creating multiple accounts for the same person or household is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to open multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method will result in all accounts being terminated and all bonuses and winnings being forfeited.

3Age Limit & Eligibility

Joya9 TV is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Registration by minors is completely prohibited and constitutes a violation of the law.

• You must confirm that you are 18 or older at the time of registration.
• An NID or passport must be submitted as proof of age during the verification process.
• Providing a false age will result in account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds.
• Joya9 TV may request age verification at any time.

4Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits on Joya9 TV are easy via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Every transaction is processed through secure, encrypted channels.

Deposit Terms & Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum limit, though large deposits may require additional verification.
• Deposits are generally instant — funds are credited to your account as soon as the mobile banking transaction is completed.
• For a failed deposit, please contact support within 24 hours.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted — all transactions must be made from your own mobile banking account.

Withdrawal Terms & Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 hours. During peak times, it may take up to 24 hours.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be made.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal from a bonus balance.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the registered mobile number — transfers to any other number are not possible.

5Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on Joya9 TV. Violations may result in bet cancellation.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — a cash-out option may be available in certain cases.
• Pre-match odds apply to bets placed before a match begins. Real-time odds apply for live betting.
• If a match is cancelled or no result is determined on the field, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Joya9 TV reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.
• Joya9 TV reserves the right to investigate and suspend accounts in cases of match fixing or suspicious betting patterns.

6Bonus & Promotion Terms

Joya9 TV offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions that must be met before you can withdraw.

• The welcome bonus is for new members only — each person is eligible once.

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after the required wagering conditions have been met.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the offer.
• Joya9 TV reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Joya9 TV and may result in legal action:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or play games.
• Registering under a false identity or using another person's details.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing other users or attempting to defraud them.
• Claiming bonuses multiple times using more than one account.

8Account Suspension & Termination

Joya9 TV reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Where evidence of a terms violation has been found.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information.
• Extended inactivity (no login for more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request.
• As required by law or directed by a regulatory authority.

Users may also request account closure at any time through our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed.

9Limitation of Liability

Joya9 TV accepts no liability for the following:

• Any loss caused by technical errors or internet disruptions.
• Transaction delays due to errors on the part of a third-party payment provider.
• Any loss resulting from the user's own negligence or sharing account credentials with others.
• Financial losses from betting are entirely at your own risk.
